NEW Risk Management (WC 219) Opportunity north of the border!
A western cattle company specializes in procuring feeder cattle and providing risk management for its customers. A market savvy trader is needed to assist the Director of Risk Management providing both marketing and procurement expertise. Learn the cattle business through trading techniques in feeder cattle, fat cattle, grains, basis, and international currency exchange. Identify opportunities for investors, develop the marketing strategy, and implement each step. to apply as the key is the individual's drive to succeed.

Hedging Advisor (WC 217) Two excellent opportunities in the commodity hedging/broker field. These jobs require intense concentration in the commodity trade, studying markets, formulating strategy for farmer hedging, and working with clients to maximize income. The ideal candidate will have some trading experience and the motivation to work with Ag customers in both grains and livestock risk management. Multiple levels of experience are encouraged to apply as the key is the individual's drive to succeed.

Safety Director (WC 216) The Safety Director should have 7 to 10 years experience in managing all safety issues in a grain handling company. The ability to create a safety program and implement from beginning to end is critical. The understanding of grain handling, storage, receiving, load-out, and transport is necessary to perform this job. Other operations include the truck fleet and a coal unloading site. The individual must be able to establish consistent programs across multiple facilities in several states. There will be a strong preference for training in HACCP, ISO 9001, or QMS. The Safety Director will report to the VP of Operations, based in Johnstown, Co. Expected salary range would be 75 to 100K based on experience

Grain Superintendent (WC 205) Eastern Illinois grain facility needs an experienced grain operations superintendent. Maintain facility to satisfy shipping both rail and truck, receive incoming grain, and warehouse grain in good condition. This person should have the ability to train personnel and handle rail loadout operations safely and efficiently.

Merchandiser/Buyer (DH 429) Indiana ethanol company searching for experienced Merchandiser/Buyer. Responsible for client investigation, product pricing, negotiating, procuring, and logistics. Candidate must have 3 - 5 years experience in similar product industries, able to build relationship, have strong communication skills, team player, innovative thinker, and work effectively in fast-paced business environment. General Manager (RM 852) Leading grain and feed business looking for an experienced General Manager of business units. Feed manufacturing/sales and grain merchandising responsibilities. Accountable for operations, sales, nutrition and transportation teams, developing annual and long range business plans, developing operating and capital budgets, analyzing financial statements, managing cash flow and total profitability of the business unit. Candidates should have minimum of 5 years business management experience with understanding of sales development, grain merchandising, feed manufacturing along with excellent leadership and communication skills. Idaho location with excellent compensation and benefit package.

Grain Controller (RM 851) Newly formed grain LLC looking for experienced controller. Responsible for accounting and financial reporting, internal controls, tax compliance, investment strategies, payroll and all related personnel related programs. Candidate must have excellent record in grain accounting functions, strong financial analysis, risk analysis, internal controls and overall administrative leadership. Must be a team builder with strong communication skills and ability to develop personnel. Excellent compensation and benefit package. Illinois location.

Senior Grain Accountant (TM 024) International Export Company looking for motivated individual to lead Accounting/Finance Team. Responsible for grain inventory, basis values and positions to monitor risk position, monthly financial statements, annual budgets, staff supervision and other related financial reporting. Candidate must have 4-year degree in accounting/finance, self directed, team player, strong communication and leadership skills. Excellent compensation and benefit package. Midwest Location.

Grain Originator/Merchandiser (RM 714) Multi-location grain company looking for experienced originator/merchandiser. Candidate must have understanding of logistics to maximize company warehouses, gain knowledge of local markets and ability to coordinate grain movement utilizing effectively company personnel, facilities and equipment. Grain Merchandiser (RM 702) Regional grain company looking for experienced grain merchandiser with rail and truck logistics background. Must have indepth knowledge of the grain trade, marketing, logistics and proven track record in merchandising.

Grain Location Manager (RM 693) Large Coop looking for experienced grain/agronomy location manager/superintendent. Must be a proven leader with personnel management skills, general understanding of grain operations, knowledge of safety regulations, inventory control, grain condition, rail loading and ability to maintain good facility appearance and maintenance program.
