NEW FEED PRODUCTION MANAGER (WC 229) Feed industry leader is looking for a mill production manager. The key is leadership potential. This company wants a person to manage a mill now and have the potential to grow with their business. Work with high volume, high efficiency mills. Supervise production crews and trucking logistics. Experience preferred but not critical as company wants to develop the right person for their leadership team.

Feedlot Consultant (WC 226) An experienced beef consultant is needed in the NE Iowa area. They must be able to work independently, have excellent customer skills, and top end sales skills. Establish working relationship with feedlot owners to boost their profit potential by providing nutrition expertise. Company is looking for a quality candidate that can move up to supervision of salespeople within two or three years. Master's degree in ruminant nutrition will be preferred along with feedlot experience.

PROFESSIONAL MARKETING MANAGER (WC 222) An experienced, analytical supervisor is needed to lead a livestock feed sales team in SE Minnesota. This person must be able to communicate with sales force to determine customer needs, then develop marketing strategies to satisfy those needs. Orchestrate the sales efforts for maximum effect. Master's in Ag Marketing is preferred or equivalent experience is required.

NUTRITION SALES (WC 220) A Midwest livestock company has an immediate opening for a Swine and Beef Representative calling on producers in SE Minnesota. This company is expanding geographically and will provide a wide range of nutrition products and expertise to support the sales. The key skills are the ability to work within a new trade area and engage prospects. Sales or marketing experience is preferred with either a BS degree or equivalent experience.

Risk Management (WC 219) Opportunity north of the border!
A western cattle company specializes in procuring feeder cattle and providing risk management for its customers. A market savvy trader is needed to assist the Director of Risk Management providing both marketing and procurement expertise. Learn the cattle business through trading techniques in feeder cattle, fat cattle, grains, basis, and international currency exchange. Identify opportunities for investors, develop the marketing strategy, and implement each step. to apply as the key is the individual's drive to succeed.

Feedlot Nutritionist/Consultant(WC 218) A regional feed company needs a consultant to work with feedlot owners in all areas of beef production. This job will emphasize the nutrition work but includes implant strategy, feed efficiency, disease control, feedlot design, financing, records, etc. Limited travel within a distinct trade area working closely with feedlot owners and managers. A Master's degree or equivalent experience is desired in a person who enjoys getting their boots dirty!

Feedmill Manager for Iowa location (WC 215) Active professional Feedmill Manager capable of operating a 200k ton mill is needed at an Iowa location. Good livestock area with a company totally devoted to feed.

  • Supervise efficient mill operations and operate it themselves when necessary.
  • Assist in capital expense planning and follow the budget guidelines.
  • Supervise 10 full time and part time crew members.
  • Set up delivery schedules and trucking manpower.

Feedmill Quality Assurance Supervisor (WC 214) NW Iowa location for an experienced person in quality control for multiple feedmills. Develop HACCP programs meeting FDA regulations and implement the program including training the teams at each mill. Work with Operations managers to streamline mill production and report to Feed Department managers. Excellent communication and organization skills needed.

Livestock Production Specialist - Beef (WC 208) An energetic person will assist cattlemen in attaining excellent results in the feedlot. Work with beef producers in all facets of the industry: ration balancing, nutrition, feedlot operations and design, cattle procurement, risk management, etc. Will prefer some experience but top notch college grad is acceptable. NW Iowa locations.

Livestock Production Specialist - Swine (WC 207) SW Minn area needs focus on swine retail feed sales. Help customers to build their swine business and assist in a team effort to grow the company's trade area. Ability to communicate new ideas to production people is crucial. Ideal candidate will have commitment to the swine industry. B.S. required. Animal science preferred. Position will fill quickly.

Swine Production Specialist (WC 204) Work with producers on nutrition, genetics, facility expansion, and finance. Need to be dedicated to swine industry and helping producers grow. Good trade area in Minn with opportunity to progress a career with an experienced team. Company has a reputation for having the best resource people in the industry.

Territory Sales Manager (WC 203) Established retail feed trade area needs to replace their retired territory manager. Work with multiple retail outlets and source new business in an excellent market for both swine and dairy customers. Home office situation with travel within the SE Minn territory. Integrated Feedmill Manager (WC 202) Progressive company needs a manager to supervise functions of their 10 year old feedmill. Supervise production and trucking, receive ingredients , and initiate payables. Newer mill facility in NW Iowa location. 50 to 60k with full benefits for responsible team player.

Ranch Manager (RM 904) Large Canadian buffalo ranch looking for ranch manager at their Manitoba ranch. Ranch is located in North Western Manitoba near Pine River. Responsible for some crops, herd management of 3,000+ head of buffalo, implementing conservation practices into pasture renovation and all other operational duties of maintaining a working ranch. Excellent opportunity and beautiful location.

Feed Department Manager (RM707) Profitable, aggressive cooperative looking for experienced feed department manager. Position will lead feed team in sales administration/training, budgeting, business plan, action plan, mill operation, marketing programs, inventory, margins and profitability of the feed departmant. Position will be responsible for safety and maintenance prograsms, coordination of quality control and regulatory programs, personnel supervision, budgeting and business plan for department. Must have supervisory experience, understand mill effeciencies, distribution logistics, general feed millinp procedures and have strong leadership skills.
